Boston in the Summer?

Has anyone heard about U2 possibly coming back to Boston in the Summer. I actually heard that Fenway Park was a possibility.

Any feedback?

Last I heard Fenway was (pretty much) definitely out. After the Rolling Stones mangled the field in August, they said no more big acts (or something to that effect). I'm rather bummed about that news. Being a Red Sox nut, I don't think anything could top GA at Fenway. Watching U2 from the field? Come on!!! That'd just be crazy.

I read in the Boston Herald a few weeks ago that Dave Matthews Band was going to sign to play Fenway next summer. They went on to say that because of that U2 would be playing Gillette Stadium instead.

Take it for what it is...rumors.

Don't believe everything you read or hear.
