Atlanta Fans: Be Part of a U2 Research Project

On November 18th and 19th I'll be in the Atlanta GA line distributing surveys on how GA ticketholders feel about various aspects of the waiting-in-line experience. I'm a cultural anthropologist/college professor working with a colleague in social psychology. We distributed nearly 300 surveys in the Philadelphia GA line in October and have finished a preliminary analysis of the results. We are fine-tuning a few of the questions, adding a few more, and are hoping you will be willing to participate. If you participated in Philadelphia we don't want you to fill out another survey, however.

The research project has been approved by the Human Subjects Review boards at our respective universities and is completely voluntary and anonymous. We will post a weblink within a month on Interference and U2.com with the results of the study, or you can email us after you take the survey and can ask us to email you the results. After data analysis and write-up we will be submitting the academic article to professional journals for review and hopefully publication.
