Why are they playing lesser Boy songs?

Just a thought ,

U2 said that HTDAAB was kinda like their first album.
( haven`t Bono said that about ATYCLB too? )
That`s why they threw in lot of Boy songs.
But ever since Leg 2 the Boy songs vanished.
Okay they played IWF and Electric Co ( thank god ) a lot on that leg , even threw in OOC and ACD \ ITH once or twice but that`s it.

And now at the end of the 3rd leg they are dropping their best song this tour Electric Co away. ( see the last shows setlist`s )
Maybe they got bored with the Boy songs????
Thank god...Gloria get`s played the last shows , otherwise no early gem ( ok that 1+min The Ocean is cool but way to less )

What are your thoughts about this my Friends?

p.s. I just wished U2 would drop ISHFWILF for ACD \ ITH.
That would make the set just better.
Oh yeah and throw back in Electric Co
Just to keep the theme about first album feelings intact.

I Will Follow needs to be played, it's probably one of the best boy songs.

I thought it was pretty cool that in Amsterdam 1 and 3 IWF got played after Vertigo.
And at Amsterdam 2 OOC got played after Vertigo.
That`s a good trade.

But thankfully they played Electric Co all 3 Amsterdam nights.
Those three times it got played was

It`s so cool to see Edge & Adam shake hands after ITH ends at the dvd

Oh...yeah I forgot ,

I think IWF rocks this tour , it was also cool on the Elevation tour.
I just love the middle part when Bono improvises.

On the other hand I hated the Popmart version of IWF.
Great tour but IWF got played so short.
It ended just when one of the coolest parts had to come.

a song like Electric Co or Twilight or Out Of Control can make people realize how great this band is... everyone knows IWF

I hope indeed for the fans who go to see U2 next year that they will play Electric Co each night.
It is ( and I`ve said it a zillion times ) indeed the highlight and best song of the Vertigo Tour!!!!

I'd love to hear Gloria live - never have.

Though playing IWF was a bit uneccesary in concerts where they were already playing other boy songs. (IWF has had a bloody good run out over the years)
