What are some unexpected songs that would be amazing to hear this spring (or summer)?

Twilight
Seconds
The Unforgettable Fire
Wire
Exit
Acrobat
Mofo

While we're at it, why not name some songs you think they should drop?

Bullet The Blue Sky (LAPOE instead)
One (yeah I know everyone loves this song, I'm tired of hearin' it :p)
With Or Without You (see above)

CARTOON WORLD!!!!

(Seriously, if I were U2, I'd find some totally obscure pre-Boy song, re-learn it, and play it randomly at some gig just for a laugh.)

Spanish Eyes.

Go to a Spanish concert and you have a good chance of hearing that. They've played it in Spain on every tour apart from Popmart since JT.

Mofo (best opener ever)
Discotheque
Wake Up Dead Man (FULL BAND ROCK VERSION)
HMTMKMKM
Dirty Day (the ZooTV version rocked!!!)
Zoo Station
God Part II (but I'm not sure that Bono is still able to sing it...)
Hawkmoon 269
Wire
11 O'Clock Tick Tock (after Sunday Bloody Sunday it's my favourite song from the 76-83 era)

i would love to hear HMTMKMKM, zoo station and ground beneath her feet

and as i have never seen them before i don't want them to exclude anything....but i wouldn't be heartbroken if they got rid of bullet the blue sky.

in god's country
running to stand still
red hill mining town
staring at the sun(full band)
if god will send his angels
heartland
two hearts beat as one

Beloved obscurities:

Electric Co. (the holy grail)
A Celebration
Like A Song
Two Hearts (they could funk it up!)
Homecoming
Wire
Running
One Tree Hill
God's Country
Mothers
Hawkmoon
Love Rescue Me
So Cruel
Acrobat
Ultraviolet
Lady with the Spinning Head
The First Time
Dirty Day
Numb

Please give a well-deserved rest to:
I Will Follow
Sunday Bloody Sunday
New Years Day
Pride
Bad (my favorite song)
With or Without You
Bullet
Streets (yes it's always the MVP... but they need the challenge)
Until the End of the World
One
Anything from Pop but Wake Up Dead Man or Velvet Dress (sorry, Pop fans)
Elevation
New York
In A Little While
Stuck In A Moment

Gloria! Seriously, when was the last time they played ANYTHING from October?

Gloria on 9 January 1990 in Rotterdam. October, the song, ended its live run a few months earlier on 28 October 1989, Adelaide. No other October song made it past the Unforgettable Fire Tour.

11 O'Clock Tick Tock, Electric Co., I Threw A Brick, Seconds, In God's Country, Lady With The Spinning Head, A Day Without Me, maybe Trip Through Your Wires too, for starters...oh and one of my favorites is Gloria  - I don't think I've heard that for a while??? :(

"Pride" and "Mysterious Ways" need to be buried......."Still Haven't Found" doesn't work well in the live setting either.......I love all of these tracks, but I don't want to hear them live.....I'd rather hear something that works well in the live context like "Gone" than a classic track that doesn't.

Desire featured a Gloria snippet from Bono on June 9th 2001 Boston show...
The lyrics were recited by Bono during a Van Morrison Gloria snippet(which was common on the Elevation Tour): "Oh Lord, If I had anything at all, I'd give it to you..."

Ah, I didn't know of that snippet, though I do have one bootleg where he sings "do you feel loved?" a couple of times during Streets on Elevation, and there's a line of Promenade in Bad, 21 July 1987.

I don't really count snippets as performances, though, especially not one line. Though considering Bono has distanced himself from Gloria, it's interesting that he'd snippet it.
