Seriously,
the Under a Blood Red Sky Versions are amazing.

U2 can do it. I believe in them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

c'mon boys!   :

those songs live on new tour =

As a matter of interest, Surrender was last played on 22 March 1985, Seconds on 7 July 1985, and The Electric Co. on 3 August 1987. So if they return ... the  icon is about right!

The title City Of Blinding Lights makes me think of Surrender, the title of the album makes me think of Seconds, and The Electric Co. would seem to suit the sound. So that might imply a possible return. However, the heart-shaped stage of Elevation didn't bring Two Hearts Beat As One or An Cat Dubh/Into The Heart back ...

These 3 songs are just amazing Live, especially The Electric Co, versions like Belfast 1981, Sgt Goarshausen 1983 or Dortmund 1984 are just killing !!!

Seconds is a classic, specially now, because of its Atomic Bomb lyrics :p

Surrender is just awesome, no words

but...let´s see Bono´s voice range and possibilities :(

so, from Boy to Joshua Tree, I think he still can sing these classics:

1- I Will Follow
2- Out Of Control
3- October
4- Seconds
5- New Year´s Day
6- Surrender
7- "40"... I´m not 100% sure
8- A Sort Of Homecoming ( half step down )
9- Pride ( in the name of love ) ( 1 step down )
10-Bad ( half step down )
11-MLK
12-WTSHNN ( half step down )
13-ISHFWILF ( Pop Mart Version )
14-Bullet The Blue Sky
15-Running To Stand Still ( Lovetown Tour version )
16-In God´s Country
17-One Tree Hill ( probably with some problems in the last part )
18-Exit

Ponkine, even when Bono's vocals were at their worst (Popmart), he still managed to sing 40, so there's no worries there.

The band can easily work with Bono's current voice. The issue is not whether he can sing them, but if the other band members can remember the songs and successfully play them. If they can do, say, The Electric Co., then they would just adjust it to suit Bono's voice.

I agree with everyone who says Surrender is a fantastic track - probably one of their most underrated.
