I would say you are probably right. However, I dont know if its a complete fact at this point. I'm not sure the band knows for sure at this stage. If its not done in Mexico or S. America it wont be done. But there is a "slight" possibility of it being done in those areas.

I think that Mofo is a 'personal' song and that it would lack any relevance in making it into the setlist whereas a, say, 'politically oriented' song might just sneak in.

I think Mofo was a single in Mexico, so it would receive consideration as a result. Combine that with the fact that they did work on it during the third leg I would say its a slim possibility.
