No set in stone closer for the Vertigo tour...

Feels a lot like Popmart again... the closer has been rotated many times, so far it's been (in no particular order)

With Or Without You

Vertigo, while material on this album, isn't the best closer. A full electric version of Yahweh would be incredible, but is there ever a chance they'll play Yahweh as electric, it has a feel of "Walk On"

Or they could even close with "Crumbs From Your Table"

Food for thought...

Actually, your list of closers isn't complete. The full list is:

- 40
- Bad
- Fast Cars
- Instant Karma!
- Vertigo
- With Or Without You

Also, if you want to count the rehearsal in Brussels before the European leg, Yahweh closed that, and it was written as the closer on the printed sets for 2005-09-12, Toronto (40 closed) and 2005-09-23, Minneapolis (Vertigo closed).

It seems, however, that the band's now settling down into rotating Bad and 40 as the closers.

Ian McCulloch the U2 fan:
"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

I llove the fact that the band is mainly rotating Bad and 40 as the closer. When they pulled Bad out with Danny Boy at the Montreal 1 show it was a wonderful moment - I was expecting 40.
