IWF it's the most played live U2 song but in the Lisbon gig I discovered that it still rocks a lot, it was one of the best moments of the gig. Much better than the opening song (Vertigo) IMO. At least, I liked IWF much more.

What it's the secret of this song in your opinion...? I think that IWF is a huge classic and it is passing the test of time very well, it still sounds fresh. And maybe the ZOO TV break helped a lot.
 
I agree 100%. It is one of the best songs off of Boston DVD, and in addition with New Year's Day, they are the two "punk, raw, whatever" songs from the first three albums that have stood the test of time. :up:
 
eh, after playing it for two tours in a row i was hoping this tour would be giving it another beak
 
Maybe Out of control and Gloria should appear more times... but while they play IWF like this and this song continues to pump up a whole stadium, for me it's ok
