Because I'm bored ... the progressively growing Dabbing Huts Tour.

Alright folks, I'm very bored and I love setlists. So what else am I to do? I give you the Dabbing Huts Tour, U2's fictional tour from today until the day they genuinely start the new tour. Not only are they promoting Hut Dab, they are playing whacky setlists. Oh, and they've never sounded better, either. Anything is possible.

So enjoy, as they appear all over the world. Feel free to recommend venues to me or make any other suggestions. Let's have a little fun with this fictional tour.

Date: 9 December 2004
Venue: Westpac-Trust Stadium, Wellington, New Zealand

U2 kick off their fictional tour in Axver's home city!

1. Where The Streets Have No Name
2. Bad
3. One Tree Hill
4. City Of Blinding Lights
5. Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own
6. Hawkmoon 269
7. Desire
8. All Along The Watchtower
9. I Threw A Brick Through A Window
10. A Day Without Me
11. Gloria
12. Sunday Bloody Sunday
13. A Sort Of Homecoming
14. Original Of The Species
15. October --> New Year's Day
16. Pride (In The Name Of Love)

17. 11 O'clock Tick Tock
18. Exit
19. God Part II

20. Bullet The Blue Sky
21. Please
22. Tomorrow
23. 40

I love that Axver, except for the inclusion of '...Watchtower'. Not really a fan of any version of that song to be honest!

October-NYD...

Have you heard the Lovetown bootlegs of Desire/AATW? That was some absolutely rocking U2 there. Desire/AATW is a staple of my setlists nowadays because it's just so good.

October --> NYD must return someday!

No, remember U2 are playing two tours? My progressively growing Dabbing Huts Tour and this random one that has started at the same time. Yes, that is the wonder of U2, they can play two tours at once. Nothing for three years and then two. Don't you just love our band?

Or, a Bad super-medley. Actually, it's more of Bad returning in small pieces between full songs

start off with bad... just as it escalates, segue into another song... then segue back to middle section... segue into another full song... segue into end of Bad... segue into Streets

U2 play to welcome my girlfriend home from Japan, bringing along a few friends who will be joining them (in rotation) on the tour. They decide to play all the songs, every one, that they are considering using on the tour. How everyone makes it through the set without passing out is beyond me, but they do. Here it is.

Featuring Sinead O’Connor, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, B.B. King, Bruce Springsteen, Holi, Michael Stipe, Brian Eno, Daniel Lanois, Howie B, Lucciano Pavarotti, Mick Jagger, Wyclef Jean, Gwen Stefani, Chris Martin and a recording of Lou Reed via satellite!
