User pic

Hello, everyone, I am new here and I was wondering how can I add a picture to my user. Can anyone help me. Please and Thanks!

In the dark blue bar go to User Cp, then edit avatar. There you can upload an image to use as avatar. Your avatar has to satisfy several conditions depending on your user status in terms of size in pixels and kbs, but I don't remember what exactly that was for regular users. You can easily edit the picture you want to use in MSpaint or something similar.
