something wrong with the thread rating?

every time i try and rate a thread, this is the message i get, even after signing out, signing back in, reopening the page, etc:

That's weird.. I have never seen that message. Is it just for a certain thread or any thread?

its happened a couple of times with different threads over the months. last night was more than usual.

I wonder if it has to to with when you post in that thread, as oppsed to when you rate it? or how long you've spent on the thread? Or maybe how many times you've looked at that thread?
