With that, I was just wondering how many violations of these stipulations does it take for an administrator (anonymous of course) to be warned/banned? I have to question the application of these rules, because it seems exceptions are given to those who composed this mandate...

Topics that are dragged on or 'bumped' up for no legitmate reason but to start a fight or get a rise out of people.
Anything that is defamatory towards another site, person, or organization.
Moderators and other 'staff' are included in this policy as well.
