search feature not including all threads?

i wasn't really sure what to call this thread. but, i've noticed for a while that whenever i try to search for something (whether by thread or posts) between the ranges of 3/7/08-6/2/08, nothing comes up. for example, if you were to do a search for a range of posts or whatever, nothing from that date range comes up at all in the results.

Yep, its been that way since the new forum. I've asked about it before and I think the answer was they would have to re-index the whole database to fix it. I can ask about it again though.
