Root directory not resolving to index.php?

Hi powers-that-be,

When I log into Interference, if I go to the root directory (http://www.u2interference.com/forums/), it tells me that I do not have permission to view this page. However, when I go to http://www.u2interference.com/forums/index.php (with or without any number of get variables afterwords), it works just fine. Sounds like some sort of error with Apache mod_rewrite, or else within vBulletin, or a combination of the two, but I thought I'd let you all be aware of it.

I have no problem going to either link. Just plain u2.interference.com works too.
