problem posting in Tour Forum

I'm having hassles trying to post in Tour Dates. I click on the "Post" button to start a new thread, and I get an error message that to post here I've got to be a premium member (I am one) or that I'm not supposed to "access" this page. Is there currently a rule that you don't start threads here as there have been so many?

Originally that forum was to be used by staff only to post dates, but now its more like a general tour date forum so access should be granted to post there now.
