Who maintains the index in Bang and Clatter, and how is it maintained?
Bonochick does. Actually someone in PLEBA could start it but then they would probably need to have a mod maintain it due to editing. I wouldnt mind copying and pasting every once in a while if someone from PLEBA wants to keep track of the index and just pm me periodically with the updates. Not sure exactly how Bonochick does it.. probably similar to how I do the photo threads.
