Path problem with emoticons

I noticed when posting in the blogs that smileys aren't showing up. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the smileys are looking in this directory:

forum.interference.com/blogs/username/post-title/images/smilies/

When they should be looking in:

forum.interference.com/images/smilies/

It would seem that someone left a "/" off the beginning of a path somewhere. Maybe this is an admin panel setting and someone just needs to add the first "/" or something.
