Painful Newbie question: pics

Pictures... how do I post them in these parts?

They need to be uploaded online somewhere, like Snapfish. Then you just use the IMG tags (you can see the gray IMG button up above when you reply) around the URL of the picture to post it here.

Pictures from sites like Geocities, Tripod, Angelfire, and Xoom won't show up because they don't allow direct object linking.
