If you click on the white subscribe button at the top of the screen, it gives you all the info you need.

As a non premium member, basically you can read the forums and post for free.
You can have an avatar, signature and update your profile.

Everything else you need to be a Premium Member.

Use all public forums (posting and reading)
View members info/profiles
Download attachments
Search the forum
Can use 'email to friend' feature
Can post attachments (limited for now)
Can post polls
Can use Private Messaging
Can use Message Tracking
Can View Who's Online
... as well as other present and future features.
