Oh are you talking about when sending mass PMs to people on your buddy list? Yeah I agree! BC when you individually try to PM somebody you get this message:

BonosLil'Pal94 has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

Perhaps we could get "message failure" message listing all those who couldn't receive the PM?
