nah, I think it works better when everyone helps together, y'know, since some are more tech savvy than others!

otherwise, try, if you have a mouse with scroll wheel Control + scrolling down, that'll make the page smaller so you'll see more... watch it that it doesn't become TOO small I had that once and couldn't read a thing!

Ok I think that was another hack that Joel set up, to allow animated gifs in avatars. I'm sure it will be available soon. But for now, could you please change your avatar anyway?

Is it just me or are you automatically subscribed to a thread just because you opened and read it & commented?

It looks like your settings are set to automatically subscribe. You can go into User CP/Edit Options and turn that off, under Default Thread Subscription Mode.

I'm not sure how it works now, but on the old board, you were automatically subscribing when you posted (not the quick rreply though), so that could still be the same now, I don't know yet..

Still so much to figure out..

HOw do you mark a thread as read?? I think you can only mark a whole forum (ie EYKIW) as read. Or did I get that wrong?

Small remark:

I just subscribed to this thread (although I think I already did that earlier) and after doing that, i got redirected to the first page of this thread... a bit annoying but i can live with that

Also, don't we get a notification when we are already subscribed to a thread?

Yeah, it would be cool if it redirected you back to where you were, not sure if there is a way to do that.

Are you saying you are already subscribed to a thread but not getting an email notification for that one? Try going into UserCP/List Subscriptions and see what is set for that thread. Or is this happening to all of yours?

I don't know if someone already mentioned this, but when you click on "uncategorized" journal entries, instead of taking you to the entries, it takes you to the "blog's ( ) first page...

That needs to be fixed, thanks.
