Need editor's e-mail

Hello everyone. I know I haven't been on this site for quite some time. Sorry, but life has gotten in the way.

However, I do need a favor. I want to propose a new article, and I can't find the editor's e-mail. I did try sending an e-mail to the support e-mail address but it keeps bouncing back at me.

I appreciate any help.
