my interfernce is filled with red x's

my interference is filled with red x's

Almost all of the pictues and avatar's are red x's! why?

I restarted my internet connection to see if it was maybe just me and everything is still a big RED X

I rebooted my computer.....I'm fine now.........that was really a scary experience for me though.....
