I have a dream....

where the intereference clock, my computer clock, my VCR clock, my telelphone clock, my oven clock, my clock radio, my cell phone clock and my car clock are all living together in perfect harmony

Meh...I stopped paying attention to the clock a while ago.

Is there any mechanism, perhaps, to have the server's clock automatically synchronized with a time server? I know that Windows XP and probably Windows 2003 Server have automatic time synchronization. So I have to wonder if Linux/BSD servers (which I kind of presume this is running on?) have something similar.

Just a thought.

I never even noticed this until I read this thread and now I'm obsessed with it. Where is it going? What is happening to all of the lost time?

I'm glad I found this thread. I was starting to think my comp. clock and all of the other clocks in my apt. were wrong...
