What do the numbers people put in IO titles mean?

That forum used to actually be for "official" U2 things, like Propaganda and U2.com. However, that forum was deader than a doornail, so Salome started random threads and would title them like, IT'S OFFICIAL #1. Eventually, the forum was just overthrown, Elvis changed the description, and the tradition of numbering hangs around.

By the way...don't get any ideas of trying overthrow any forums. That kind of stuff won't work anymore.
