I just want a custom avatar

And it just ain't happening. I've triple checked the size of the pic I want to use and it's well within the size limits but when I try to link from PhotoBucket it says the file is too big. I tried just uploading from my computer but got a message saying the upload failed.

Is there any way to fix this? I'm using using the latest Firefox.

Well, never mind I see that it finally did take the pic even with the error messages
