Sicy is the only one that can authorize name changes, and that very rarely happens - the easiest thing is to re-register under a new name.

Thanks... I just wanted to change my name to be less eailsy 'stalked' via the internet. I guess if it becomes a problem, I'll re-register. I understand not wanting everyone changing their name, but it doesn't hurt to ask!



ETA: I really like my username, though, so I'm happy to be 'stuck' with it.
