How Do You Add a picture

How do you add a picture under your user name when you post?

I thought I was computer savvy but I can't figure it out.

Go to User CP up the top of the screen.

Click on Edit Options

Click on Change Avatar at the bottom and follow the instructions. If you get stuck, just holler.
