How do I delete my posts?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me out...I don't know how to delete posts! I want to remove a comment I posted, but I have no idea how. Can anyone help me?

Members cannot delete their own posts. You can edit your post within one hour by clicking the edit button on the lower right hand corner of your post. If you have a valid reason for wanting to delete or edit your post you can pm an admin or moderator and ask them to do it for you.
