If I may throw some ideas in (updated with fashion trends from Milan):
I think there should be 2 versions:
1. a sexy belly free shoulder free tight version for the girls (either cut like a tank top, or all shoulder free with spaghetti - possibly not of cotton but of stretchnylon or whatever - and mind you, cut it tight at the stomach part). If you want some extra, incorporate a zip.
2. a normal tshirt version for the boys (and the girls who don´t want to expose their belly), XS to XXL, made of cotton. Make sure to cut the XS size tight at the belly, and don´t make the arms to long - a tshirt that goes down to the elbows just looks awful.
Colour: NOT WHITE! I know its cheaper and most simple to do it in white with a logo on, but imo it should be all in blue - the same blue that this site has - and the slogan should be in dark blue. Most people who have white skin and wear white tshirts have this mozzarella factor. Make it all blue, that´s definitely worth it.
Slogan: should be as simple as possible.
