Help with photos please.

I'd really like to put some photos up and I'm not altogether sure where to find the info on how to do it. I'm sorry if there are a lot of threads about this already that I can't find. Some direction would be appreciated.

More specifically, can we upload pictures directly from our computers? When I press the IMG button it opens with 'http://'. Do I have to upload it to a website first or is ther an easier way? Thanks for any help!

Jon

Jon,
You can't upload directly from the computer. Upload your photos to a website like: snapfish or more preferably photobucket.
Once you do that especially with photobucket. Under each picture the tags are listed just copy and paste the third one that has the IMG tags and paste it to whatever post/thread you do on interference.

I really like photobucket cuz of how easy it is. Just copy and paste!

Hope that helps!

Here is a thread explaining how to post pictures

http://forum.interference.com/t92138.html

You can also upload them to the Tour Gallery
http://forum.interference.com/galler...ry.php/cat/534

And it will generate a link for you so that all yo have to do is copy and paste it here.

Moving this to the help forum, btw.

Open up your favorite image editor (photoshop, ms paint, picasa, etc). You should be able to resize your images there.
