Help me with my signature photo!

Anyone know what I need to do to get this banner to fit in my signature?

I had it shrunk down to 4 inch wide/auto reduce and I still didn't have the whole picture and the words weren't easy to read.

Help!

I was so proud of myself for figuring out the clickable portion. Darn.
