Getting an Avitar...

I dont know how to get one. I'm under the impression I dont need to be a premium member to have on, is that right? I was in User CP under "Profile Photo" and I'm using photobucket, but it doesnt show up when I post. Am I doing this right?

Actually, it is in UserCP under Edit Options.. then scroll all the way to the bottom and you can change your avatar there.
