how about an FYM links page?

a resource of sites which frequent visitors might find good reading...it could also expose partisan people to level headed arguments from the other side.

or it could rob the experience of posting articles of all excitement. and incite fighting.

kobe basks in the sunlight of his 4 admirers

i think it really is a functional idea.

it will have to be ensured it wont be dominated by that damn left wing bias that colors not only the media, but also FYM:no:

that wasnt slick at all

i was really hoping to be in phase 2 of the plan by that time.

i was thinking that was rather slacker of you to be only in phase one by then.

thats rather regular of me actually.

IF we were to do this... it would basically be a sub-forum where people could start a new thread with a link (only related to FYM topics) and include a short summary of what the link is for.

I think it would be best to NOT allow replies to these threads.

Also, there would be no organization beyond all links being on one sub-forum.

yay?

nay?

id never thought of it in a sub forum sense.

but yes that does make sense.
my original conception was a sticky thread where submitted sites could be posted by an assigned individual.

but that now sounds like work and apparently no one likes sticky threads. something about small screens or wuzza wooza:shrug:;)

like i said... I'm open to the idea... I just want to know how many others are... also... the links sub-forum would need a moderator to 'maintain' it.
