Deleting a signature from a quote?

I try to use someone's quote and their signature showed...so I deleted the signature and it didn't work. Part of the quote showed, but it wasn't highlighted.

Beli, I can't remember. I'm wondering why some signatures show up and then some don't? Thanks for the info...I did practice and it worked maybe cause member didn't use a signature. I'll just keep trying.

Signatures should never be quoted if you hit the 'quote' button on the users post

Sometimes people type their own signature though. I cant recall who know but there are a few that type their name or initials at the end of their post and its not a "proper" signature ie theres no little line above it. Those "signatures" would appear in a quote.
