cut and paste hassles

I can't get the IMG cut and paste to work for me. I'll cut a pic at Snapfish (Ctrl + C) then Ctrl +V doesn't do anything for me after I've pressed the IMG button. I can't figure it out. Is this a Snapfish thing, is it my computer..........??? I have no idea. I just kicked my Internet cache out, same thing..........

I use 'enhanced mode' instead of 'normal mode' that may be why.

cut and paste are not functions of this website or any other... they are functions of your operating system (windows). my advice... reboot. lol.
