Curbing the flow?

Elvis, what happens if a thread changes topic in mid course? These are usually interesting sidelines and seem to be natural to the conversation...You won't change a whole thread just because some of the posts belong somewhere else, will you?

We have decided to let new topics take time to evolve in the main forum. We also had this concern.
