can't access last page of thread...what gives?

I was in the Band Meetings and Sightings area in Pleba, and was reading about the meetings before and after the Grammys, and I went to click on the 5th page, and got an error message, saying I wasn't allowed to access that page. I'm pretty sure that even though I'm not a paid member, I should be able to look at that last page. Then, when I went back to Pleba, and tried to get into that thread again, it was gone. What's going on?
