Banned IP address??

Hello,

Sometimes when I try to get on interference.com (also forums), it brings up an error message which goes something like this:

Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To send a message click here

When I try to send a message to the admin, it brings up the same message

The weirdest thing is that it's not happening every time! I am posting from a PC which has been "IP banned" twice and could log on again.

Any idea how this can be solved, when it happens?
