No, you have to be premium for PMs...
If you know who sent it, ask the person to email you instead... if you don't know who sent it, is it your birthday? if so, then Elvis has sent you a PM with birthday wishes... if you don't know who sent it, and it's not your birthday, you should tyr to find out who could've sent it to you
