For My Durannies!

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Their show at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas a few years ago (2005?, I think) was probably one of the Top 10 shows I've ever seen.

I saw them in '86 on the "Notorious" tour, but I never thought DD could rock like they rocked The Joint! It was an amazing, amazing live show and anyone who was there would never dain to say they were precursors to boy bands.

Can't wait for the new album and tour!

What I also love about Duran Duran is their nerves of steel. They issued an album of covers('Thank You')and pissed off the critics even more by DURAN-izing the "sacred" classics.

 Those cheeky bastards.

A quick question for my Durannies out there.....

I was just listening to Come Up and See me (Make me Smile) and I don't know alot about the details of the song. Is this a cover? Was it only recorded live? What was it the b-side of? Thanks.

We now resume our U2 coverage....heee..heee.
