Zoo Station tonight in Santa Rosa

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

Me neither.
As you can see.
LOL

Santa Rosa is not exactly closeby for me.
And this week has been absolutely crazy.
I have done nothing else but drive back and forth between places (in the middle of moving).

Now it's Friday evening 10 PM and instead of celebrating the weekend, I'm preparing for the lessons I will be teaching tomorrow.

I went to Friday's show in San Jose, by the way.
Together with my friend.
I wasn't feeling too good in the beginning of the evening, but luckily got over it by the time the 3rd set rolled around.
It'd been a while, since Zoo Station played in the South Bay.
So it was nice to see all the familiar faces again.

The band was playing absolutely BAD ASS!
And the crowd was really into it.
Getting looser and wilder as the evening progressed.

Can't recall the first set, but the second one was made very easy to remember as the band played the Joshua Tree - cover to cover (front to back - Street to Mothers).
Definitely AWESOME!
Red Hill Mining Town is a favorite of ours.
So it was very nice to hear that one.
And Exit live...just ... WOW!!!
No words.

The 3rd set was ROCKING!
So many great songs : Sunday Blood Sunday, I will follow, Out of Control, Party Girl.
"One" was played somewhere in the midst of that and things got rather emotional
And Desire at the end.
:combust:

Oops, I didn't mean to write such a long ass post.
Sorry, got a bit carried away there.

Any way :  to Zoo Station for another great show!
 for all the effort/work put into it.
