I am organizing a get together next week at the following location.

Tuesday night July 8th.

Start time 7:30-8pm

Place: King's Head Pub, downtown Santa Monica

Reason: U2 LA area fans getogether/Jubilee Postcard Blitz!

Come drink pints of good stuff and fill out postcards to send to
Congress!!!

In case you cant make it, or you just want to do something in your area, I found this on the www.jubileeusa.org website.

The flyer tells you what to do, and there is also sample text for the postcards on their site if you don't know what to write.

The goal for Jubilee is 1000 post cards. Crap, I think the U2 fan base that supports this cause alone can do more than that!
