I used to hash a fair bit in Tanzania in the early 90's where I did 100+ runs and was the Curate/RA/scribe for the Dar es Salaam H3... a very international crowd, and we hashed all over the country. One run saw us running through lion country accompanied by armed park rangers just in case the lions showed up (they didn't). Excellent fun, and made all the funner by Safari lager, perhaps the nastiest beer known to man. Then I started the Bratislava H3 with an American called Matt in 1994 and was RA/scribe there. My Hash handle was Doc Holliday. I did a bit of hashing when I got back to London in '95 but it just wasn't the same and I'm out of it now. What with kids, work and band I just don't have the time to go hashing any more, so perhaps I'm not really a diehard hasher... Good times though.
