Well, Zootles is still making a valiant effort to make it to ITTH. He's created a clever disguise to smuggle himself across the border:

Sooo, normally, how cold is TO in early November?

Roughly the same as Detroit or western NY (Buffalo, etc), with less chance of snow than western NY - we're on the good side of the lake  If that helps any *g*

Seriously though, you won't need a winter coat but you will need a jacket, and probably sweaters :)

Yeah, i don't really know about Detroit or upstate NY...

The weather has been so crazy lately though, i hope it keeps warm.

I'm always super cold, anything below 65 makes me unconfortable....

:reject:

I'm a West Coast guy...we make it with a coat, long-sleeves and a scarf...its been cold but never miserable..plus, half the freakin' city is underground!!!

With the alcohol in you, it'll feel like you're in the Bahamas!!!

The Canadian government came through and mailed me a $120 cheque yesterday for my GST/HST credit.

So I guess you can move me from a "Maybe" to a "Probably"! :D:hyper:

Then you're likely to be uncomfortable outdoors - but that's what cabs are for

Prepare for ice cold, just in case.

Example: New York City was sunny and 15 degrees C all week before St. Patrick's Day, so all I packed was a thin windbreaker. Then there was a blizzard on the 16th (the day I was travelling), and I ended up freezing half to death as it was about -5 C all weekend and constantly windy (although the wind might have been because of the tall buildings). Missed out on quite a bit of sightseeing cause I was simply too cold to go out and walk around. And of course, it was sunny and 15 all week after I left, too. :|

Long story short, expect cold. If it's warm, you don't need to wear your winter coat. But if you don't have it and it's too cold, you'll regret it a lot more.
