Keep hearing too that there is a strong chance for rain. Hopefully it turns out that it's not the case!

Checked again and the weather doesn't look to good. I'm going to the dollar store to get umbrellas this way I could throw them away if we get to enter.

weather channel

This morning the weather channel mentioned 30% chance of rain, scattered storms for tomorrow. Oh well, it's better than 50 or 60%. I'll bring a rain poncho and umbrella and then it won't rain

6ABC the local channel in Philly said at 12 noon that it will be hot and humid with pop up showers or thunderstorms.

That forecast is a little better than the others. Things are looking up!

I'll see you all there tomorrow. I'll be the one with an umbrella, rain poncho, good luck charms, etc. I hope we'll be SPA(RED) from any rain.

June

I'm going to go down there tomorrow unless we are in a torrential downpour that isn't going to let up all day. It beats going to work, and I'd kick myself if I stayed away because of the weather and then found out that the ceremony went forward. The Center is supposed to post by 12:30 p.m. tomorrow what the plan is for the ceremony.

I understand your mother's position. It's easy for me to go because I live and work in Philly. If it's rained out maybe I'll go see Across The Universe which is playing in the area, then get to the computer or TV to catch the ceremony. I'm playing it by ear tomorrow.

I hope you can make it! Bono would miss you

One of the zootops called the facility today:

If you need parking, park in the visitors center lot.
If it rains, as in Thunderstorm rain the ceremony will be moved inside. The standing room garden tickets will not be valid inside if this happens. If it is decided that it will be moved inside, that will be posted on the constitution center's website by 12:30pm.

So hopefully it won't look too stormy before 12:30.....

I also thought if you had GA seats (not reserved), your tickets wouldn't be valid if the ceremony was moved inside. Is this not the case?

Praying for decent weather so everyone can go!
