yes, jay, everyone here is trying to make you feel like an old fogey, i'm too old to do it on my own.

if i had been a u2 fan at age 13, i wouldn't have been able to find my way to a message board. my mom had the aol parental controls that basically prevented me from doing anything other than answering my email. oh, and we didn't have a computer until i was 14 anyway...


im 19 but apparently i look under 17 cos the idiots working at the movie theater almost refused to sell me a ticket to go see the matrix reloaded

I'm 17 yo, and I'm fan since I was born. My dad is also a fan, and he played The Joshua Tree the whole day trough.
I was 3 yo and I when I saw somebody on the street with a pony-tail just like bono had those days, i shout: "Bono MAN".
I became a super fan when I was 9 yo, during POP, my parents divorced and I found my comfort in U2, and it helped.
