So...Mysterious Ways

Once upon a time a wrote RPF and penned the epic story of Gloria and Bono. It was to be told in 3 parts - the beginning, the middle and end. Then I ran out of steam and another fandom took possession of me. I had been thinking that at least Gloria and Bono needed to be resolved, so I've toyed with the idea of finishing. I know how it ends. I might skip ahead instead of dragging the angst-parade along. Would anyone have interest in my finishing this?
 
YES, PLEASE!!!! I love this story and would love to know what happens to Gloria and Bono. I can't wait to read it! :hyper:
 
Ahhhh! Yes. That would be super fun.

Personally I still want to see Acrobat finished too. That was quite a cliffhanger. :sexywink:

I might take some of the scenes I prepared and throw them in as flashback. Yes, lazy author tool but at least i can get some of it out. Plus there has been a fair amount of that in mw already.

I should get on it before the new Sherlock starts up and thrusts more inspiration in that direction.
 
I just read this fic for the first time. It's a hgreat story,and reminds me of why I stopped reading fics in the first place. Unfinished stories, aarg. I started reading please only because I saw the words final chapter. I have reread it twice, and would love to reread it again with the "smurfy parts" included. As for MW, please finish it. I feels so frustrated becase there is obviously so much more story, but nothing to read. I'd love to have those intimate chapters as well. I will continue to watch for more chapters of MW. I think that if you all go to Burning Down Love on livejournal, the complete stories are there. It's members-only content because porn, and the mod that I know of is not here at Interference often but she may still be approving new members. If you don't have luck that way PM me and I'll see if I can do something else.

Can you get the home page for the livejournal with a note that access is restricted, or does it not load at all? When I go it, the Burning Down Love site requires admin approval to see content--it's member-locked, and the other is open content. I think the administrator of BDL has recently resurfaced here on Interference, so hopefully we can get you in there. There's more content in there than I can copy for you, and you'll enjoy it!

Go ahead and PM me your email, as that's the easiest way to get secure storage of whole chapters. If you're not a paid member of Interference you can only keep so many messages in your inbox, and I learned long ago to archive stuff I don't want to lose! Unfortunately I think that I got most of the PM chapters of Mysterious Ways that way and they are gone, but I do have Please and my own writing.
 
Oh my. Let me see if I have them in my email. I might have moved them (and 5gb of Bono pics) off my laptop. Let me know if you still need them.

Well, your timing is impeccable. I was just going to ask if anyone would care if I picked this up and dusted it off. Granted, like Berlin Wohl, I was seduced by another fandom for (looks at watch) 5 years. I have been drawn back in and am considering wrapping this puppy up.

So would anyone be interested?

That's a resounding yes from me since most of the other places I used to visit for FF seem dead!
