Shooting takes place in Manhattan, on Sunday, November 20, 2005. Winner will be notified of exact shoot time, location and contact, as well as all other pertinent information.
All proceeds from this special auction benefit MCC Theater, a not-for-profit Off-Broadway theater company celebrating twenty years of bringing new plays to the stage including: the Tony award- winning Frozen by Byrony Lavery, the Pulitzer Prize winning Wit, by Margaret Edson, and lasts year’s hit Fat Pig by Neil LaBute. Reserve price $1,000.

OFFICIAL RULES:
1. Shooting is scheduled for Sunday, November 20, 2005. If for any reason, the shooting schedule is changed, participant will be notified and given information on the new scheduled shooting time.
2. Across the Universe and/or MCC Theater cannot be held responsible for penalties for changes in the shooting schedule.
3. This offer cannot be transferred to any other film and is ONLY valid for Across the Universe.
4. The participant MUST be over 18 years of age, legal to work in the United States and sign a release of liability.
5. The Participant must understand that they are participating in an experience on set and may find that the participant has ended upon the cutting room floor after editing.
6. It is the participant's responsibility to find out when the film opens nationwide.
7. Winning bidder to pay via credit card, cashiers check, or money order only.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A COSTUME FITTING AT 10:30am on FRIDAY NOVEMBER 18 in NEW YORK CITY, PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CREDIT CARD PRIOR TO FITTING!
