Bono on Cover of New Rolling Stone

Interference.com member Rafiennes and our wild and crazy PLEBA girls have let us know that our man Bono is the latest cover star and major interview subject of Rolling Stone (November 3, 2005 issue) and deservedly so, we might add!

The indepth interview conducted by Rolling Stone editor Jann Wenner is due to hit newsstands this Friday. What a way to start the weekend!

The cover photo and interview were presumably very recent as we had heard Bono had a photo shoot for the magazine during U2's very recent week-long run at Madison Square Garden.

For more on the interview, go here. More stuff, including a podcast, here.

Thanks to EdgeVox!

definitely ain't just a pretty face. His words just blow me away!
I'm glad I read this article today - I needed that encouragement!!

I was very pleased to see there's a podcast to go along with the article. I'm downloading it now :hyper:

EDIT: It's an hour and 10 minutes. Sweet! Jann Wenner conducted the interview at Bono's home in Cancun during a recent break in the tour. In his introduction, Wenner says Bono "likes to talk," adding that they did about 10 hours of taping, but also calls him "eloquent."

Thanks for posting this!:) I'll have to check it out.

Is anyone else having a problem getting the "subscribe to the pod cast series" link to work? The first installment works fine, but I can't get this other link to work.

Oh that is so hot tooo:drool: Can someone blow that pic up for me? Or I guess I can wait till the mag comes out and do it myself:reject:
